Who I am

Seaside Apartments Deluxe is run by me, Siemme, host of the apartments on this website, based at Kaya Gobernador N. Debrot 41, Kralendijk, Bonaire. I'm responsible for the personal data described on this page.

What I collect and why

• When you book: your name, email address, phone number, the number of guests and your travel dates. I need these to confirm and manage your stay and to send you check-in instructions.
• When you pay: payments are handled by the payment provider of the booking system. I never see or store your full card details.
• When you message me: the messages and contact details you send by WhatsApp or email, so I can answer your questions.

I don't sell your data, and I don't use it for anything other than your stay, unless you ask me to keep you posted about future availability.

Who else handles your data

• The online booking system I use to manage reservations and payments
• WhatsApp and my email provider, when you contact me through them
• Tax and other authorities, only where the law requires it

How long I keep it

Booking details are kept as long as needed for the stay and for my bookkeeping, which the tax rules require me to keep for several years. Messages that aren't linked to a booking are deleted once they're no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time which details I have about you, and ask me to correct or delete them, unless I'm legally required to keep them. Just send a message and I'll sort it out.
